    The Minnippi Quarter Brief included considered architecture and attention to detail and an embracement of the outdoor lifestyle.
    Inspiring a new way of living these terrace homes are designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Accommodating modern living the terrace homes feature 2-4 bedrooms, 1.5-2.5 bathrooms and 1-2 on title car spaces. Large bathrooms featuring double vanities, waterfall shower heads to the ensuites & mirrored shaving cabinets.
