The Chase Townhomes NSW

The Chase at Oran Park consists of 27, two storey townhomes across 2 stages. DC8 Studio was engaged by Villa World to design develope the approved designs and prepare documentation for construction. Design of the interior finishes, fixtures and fittings was also developed in collaboration with the Villa World and DC8 Studio tying in with a company wide design standards update.

The project direction included a focus on simplicity of construction and retention of the original design intent. Detailing was developed to be used through all stages of the project to achieve consistency and simplicity for Villa World, the builder and the future residents.
