Aston Townhomes NSW

Aston at Oran Park consists of twenty-seven, two storey townhomes across two stages. DC8 Studio was engaged by Villa World to design develop the approved designs and prepare documentation for construction. The studio also designed the interior finishes, fixtures and fittings tying in with a project design palette.

The project direction included a focus on simplicity of construction and retention of the original design intent. Detailing was developed to be used through all stages of the project to achieve standardisation, simplification, and durability of build for Villa World, the builder and for the resident.
