Winner of the 2022 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence – Seniors Living. The principles of gathering, community and activity drove the clubhouse design and planning. With a sense of calm and relaxation in mind the palette takes on muted pale tones embracing the high ceiling and light filled spaces.

A large program of functionality went into the clubhouse precinct, including a cinema, gym, covered pool, function and games rooms and a grand dining hall linking to outdoor spaces. We focused on flow and pause points with the end result creating spaces that encourage occupancy and gathering, the building blocks for designing better places for people.
