Halcyon Gainsborough Greens QLD

The luxurious grand country club feel comes to Halycon’s Gainsborough Greens Project in a series of 5 star resort buildings located mid way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

DC8 Studio were tasked with the interior design for the The Pavilion, Rec Club and Lodge facilities while also developing some of the features that connected with the interiors.  Rich tones and materiality where applied along with feature elements like integrated lighting, suspended acoustic ceiling panels, panelling details, backlite mirrors and the use of handcrafted materials like bespoke tiles and stone cladding.

We worked closely with Halcyon and Bespoke interiors for the furniture procurement stage to ensure all selections tied in with the overall feel and mood of the interiors bringing notable colour and texture. The end result, created a beautiful union between the interior design and the soft furnishings.
