This 330sqm commercial fit-out is characterised by the contrasting black & white themes seen as you enter the Garda offices (previously Opus & Madsen) which have impressive views of the Brisbane River from the 21st floor. The individuality of each space comes from the subtle pops of colour, artwork & timber detailing. Offices feature open plan work areas with a mix of offices and meeting rooms, with print and tea facilities.

DC8’s Studio was engaged to provide design, documentation, and project management services. The six week fit-out was constructed by Formula.
