The office fit-out was undertaken in response to the clients desire to embrace the company’s environmental core values. It resulted in a decision to relocate, reducing their footprint to 445m2 and moving from traditional storage to a paperless office.

Space planning took advantage of the existing floor plate reusing kitchen and bathrooms with the insertion of new work utility areas, providing the fit-out on a very limited budget. The Company’s environmental core values were further expressed by the creative use of interior and landscaping throughout the office.
