The Heysen Sales Display NSW

Set amongst the trees in the leafy backstreets of Turramurra, The Heysen is a boutique development of 44 one, two and three bedroom apartments. DC8 Studio collaborated with Aqualand on this, our second project together, to provide value adding interior design solutions and assisted with the fit out of their marketing suite in Turramurra’s high street.

Inspired by its incredible location, a subtle palette of colours and contrasting textures, have been utilised to connect the building to the abundant nature that surrounds. Generously sized apartments are further indulged with quality fittings and Miele appliances while 100 year old eucalyptus frame the view from deep north facing balconies.

Previously a Real Estate office – chosen for it’s prime high street location – the sales and apartment display transpired.

Small in square meterage but huge on impact it managed to accommodate a full Kitchen, Bathroom, Sales track and VR room all set amongst stylish Joinery.
