Yarrabilba Concept QLD

This building has been conceived by Delfin Lend Lease as an integral part of the community of Yarrabilba. Our design has taken that concept and has manifested it in a way that ensures The Gathering will become a hub for the social and commercial needs of the emerging community while also providing a quality working environment for the Delfin Lend Lease Project Team.

A key driver in the design concept was the intersection of the modulating landscape with a flexible building framework where these two elements slid past and over each other to integrate interior with exterior. Although this remains a conceptual project, it offered an interesting exploration into a larger scape Sales Office function combined with a community hub, retail opportunity and commercial workplace.
