Sydney Fish Market NSW

The Sydney Fish Markets is one of the last remaining iconic sites on the Harbour within close proximity to the Sydney CBD. This is an incredibly complex site with an even more complex stakeholder overlay. We were commissioned to prepare a scheme that could respond equally to the needs of the stakeholder group in building a new fish market and creating a project of a suitably iconic nature on this important piece of Sydney Harbour foreshore. Overlaid with these constraints, we needed to prepare a scheme that would provide the commerciality required to fund the project.

Our response was to create a project that delivered a new and exciting fish market supported by a range of residential, commercial and hospitality uses, including an iconic tower located on an existing wharf.
