Varsity Lakes QLD

The Varsity Lakes shopping centre is owned, developed and anchored by ALDI.  It consists of their generic suburban store with an additional 500 sqm of specialty retail floor space fronting Christine Avenue and Lake Orr. It features a large outdoor eating area covered by a high canopy with a landscaped backdrop creating a lofty yet welcoming space.  

The ALDI store is constructed using prefinished lightweight insulated panels rather than the traditional heavy masonry. The specialty stores are serviced by separate loading docks and facilities.
