  • The Coomera Grand shopping centre was developed by Rix Developments and consists of a 1500 sqm supermarket and 700 sqm of specialty shops within a larger overall retail precinct. DC8 Studio were commissioned for developed design, documentation and full contract administration.

    The centre is anchored by an ALDI food store and features a large covered courtyard comprising of a kiosk and outdoor eating area.  DC8 Studio were also commissioned to design and document a 500 sqm 2 level extension.  Completed in 2015, the extension consists of specialty shops with offices above.
