Join a growing creative team. You will be an experienced Registered Project Architect with 7+yrs previous exposure to a range of multi residential and commercial projects, responsible for project administration, programming and team management. Have strong modelling and documentation skills in Revit, you will have proven time management and organisational skills, able to coordinate a number of key projects simultaneously. We are looking for applications with the above credentials to join the team with an immediate start to provide assistance across a range of tasks and projects.

Based in Newstead, our studio’s lifeblood is integrated design, collaborating with multiple design disciplines to deliver outstanding solutions for our clients and designing better places for people. This position is permanent, full time and open for an immediate start. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skills of the applicant. Desired Skills & Experience

· Practical experience +7yrs minimum of project architecture
· Ability to prepare designs, sketches, Development Applications, Building Approvals and working drawing documentation packages with good construction detailing skills
· Team and Client management skill
· A working knowledge of BCA and Australian standards
· Highly proficient in Revit
· Be a Registered Architect in Australia
· Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Desired Skills & Experience

· Completed a qualification in Architecture
· 3/5yrs Demonstrated practical experience
· Good design and detailing skills
· Be proficient in Revit, BIM, Sketch-up, Enscape and Adobe Suite
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· A working knowledge of applicable codes and legislation
· AUS Residency
